Punjab PSC Section Officer Recruitment 2022 Vacancies
- Section Officer: 66 vacancies in the Department of Finance (Treasuries and Accounts), Government of Punjab
- Age: 18-37 years as of 01/01/2022
- Pay Scale: ₹35400/- during the probation period of 3 years
- Qualification: M.Com. degree in the first division OR B.Com. with (ICWA) inter or C.A. inter or C.S. inter from a recognised University/Institution (ii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.

- The application submission fees for Aspirants: All Unreserved Category Candidate – Rs. 1500/-
- Form submission fees for Candidate: SC, ST, BC – Rs. 750/- | EWS, PwD – Rs. 500/-
PPSC SO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
The Selection Process of PPSC SO Recruitment 2022 includes the following Stages:
- Written Exam (480 Marks)
- Interview (60 Marks)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Written Examination
The procedure for selection of candidates for the post of Section Officer (Group-A) will consist of a Written Competitive Examination comprising 120 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) questions (@ 4 marks for each question) of 480 marks (Questions from the Subject (Part A of Syllabus) – 100 questions of 400 marks, Questions from General Knowledge & Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. (Part B of Syllabus) – 20 questions of 80 marks). The exam will be of two (02) hours duration. The exact date shall be intimated shortly. Selected candidates will be called for personal interviews.
