Selection Process
NSIL Selection will be based on,
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Tests and/ or interviews.
- Based on the performance in the written test, candidates will be called for an interview.
- The final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview in the order of merit.
